The Explorer Package Details :

•
Rates are quoted in RM ( Ringgit Malaysia ) nett per person per package.
•
Rates are quoted nett inclusive of 10% service and 5% Government tax.
•
Rates are inclusive of breakfasts, lunches and dinners as shown below.
•
Guided Activities with Nature Guide – Night Jungle Walk, Jungle Trekking to Canopy Walkway & Teresek Hill, and Boat trip to Lata Berkoh.
•
Additional activities for 4Days/3 Nights package- Rapid Shooting and Cave Exploration.
•
Rates for triple sharing are as shown above on conditions that all the 3 guests sharing the same accommodation. In the event that the third person would like to stay on his or her own the third person is subject to a Single Supplement charge of RM1750.00 per person for the 4 days/3 nights package and RM1130.00 per person for the 3 days/2 nights package.
•
Accommodation based on Chalet Room category. A maximum of 2 children (below 12 years old) is permitted sharing room with parents. Child rate is applicable for child (sharing same room with parents) and a maximum of one extra bed per chalet is allowed.

Accommodation for the above package are based on Chalet. Rooms could be upgraded based on upgraded rates as shown below.

TERMS & CONDITIONS :

The above package is subject to Peak Peak Period Surcharge of RM60.00 per unit per night from 01 July 2008 to 15 September 2008.
•
No refund in parts or in total shall be entertained if any of the above inclusions are not utilized or consumed by guests.
•
The rates quoted above does not include transfers from Kuala Lumpur to Kuala Tembeling and the Boat transfer from Kuala Tembeling to the Resort at Taman Negara. Additional cost of transfers are as indicated below. Please indicate in the Reservation Form if transfers are required.
•
Package is applicable for both Local and Overseas alike
•
Prior reservation is required and is subject to room availability.
•
Package Reservation are to be guaranteed with an acceptable Credit Card, or a full cost of Package to be deposited into the Resort Bank Account which shall be advised during the Confirmation Stages.

CANCELLATION POLICY :

A cancellation charge equivalent to a full length of stay for each room not taken up or cancelled shall be chargeable to the guest in the event of cancellation made within 8 days prior to check-in date or in the event of NO SHOW.

UPGRADE RATES

Upgrade to Chalet Suite at additional RM100.00 nett per chalet per night
Upgrade to Bungalow at additional RM400.00 nett per bungalow per night
Upgrade for children in separate chalet than parent is chargeable at an additional levy of RM100.00 nett per chalet per night

COMPULSORY CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR EVE DINNERS

All guests staying over Christmas & New Year Eve on 24 December 2008 and 31 December 2008 respectively, are required to participate in our Gala Theme Dinner chargeable as follows :

Adult is chargeable at RM175.00 per adult
Child is chargeable at RM95.00 per child
(Child is from 3 to 12 years old)

SURCHARGE DURING PEAK PERIOD DATES

A Surcharge of RM60.00 nett per unit per night is applicable for booking made from 01 July 2008 to 15 September 2008.

 

PERMIT & LICIENCES

As Taman Negara is a restricted area, all visitors must be in possession of an entry permit. You are there fore requested to bring your identification papers ( passport or identity card) as well as photocopies, to obtain the permit.

Licience for camera, video camera and fishing are also required. These may be obtained for a fee at the Department of Wildlife Office, located at the Kuala Tembeling Jetty for your convenience. Guest are required to obtain the necessary permits/licenses prior to boat departure to the resort.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT

There are public busses and taxis plying between Kuala Lumpur and Jerantut/Kuala Tahan regularly. Train service is available from Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Johor Bahru, Kota Bahru to Jerantut and Kuala Tembeling.
